Adrian Leung is a project monitoring and evaluation professional with 9 years of experience working in the public health and humanitarian sector. Adrian’s expertise includes developing Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, & Learning (MEAL) frameworks and associated tools for health interventions and coordinate regular monitoring and evaluation of health interventions.
Adrian holds a Masters in Development Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies in the Netherlands and has previously worked with War Child Holland as Programme Officer, where among other things he supported country offices and partners on implementing “Can’t Wait to Learn” (CWTL), an EdTech solution that delivers curriculum-aligned education to conflict-affected children.
Within KNCV, Adrian has worked in different projects including People-Centred Framework (PCF), ASCENT and SMART4TB. Adrian is responsible for collecting and analysing program data, the assessment of project progress and effectiveness, and reporting project performance to donors. Adrian also participates in project research and carries out data quality reviews and data validation and cleaning procedures.
